Medium to deep pink colour, vivid fine bubbles. The nose offers some maturity in terms of ageing and in terms of fruit, rather ripe Pinot / red fruity notes with plum, raspberry, red currant with some herbal notes like green tea, mint and some autolytic hints. The palate is rich and structured, vinous texture with a fine mousse, fresh backbone, layers of crushed red fruit, and a spicy and long finish. A Pinot dominated, rich and vinous style.
