Medium deep golden colour with a fine mousse. Exotic and spicy nose showing, pastry, nougat, candied citrus and ripe darker fruit like raspberry and plum. Full bodied with a mild mousseux, fresh backbone and ample fruit, rather Pinot-dominated with juicy raspberry notes, plum, mild spices and brioche, and a powerful and persistent finish. Distinct, vinous and full of character.
