Mauro Sebaste – Cerretta – 2015

Medium deep ruby colour with a rusty hue. It offers some roasted new oak, caramel, ripe wild berries and chocolate praline. Dense and rounded palate, modern and polished with savoury dark fruit, still a hint of new oak present but nice proportions and a long vigorous finish.
