France,
Bordeaux,
It is a white wine with a fairly deep colour, golden nuance here. Intense nose, quite rich. Very tropical, tons of ripe fruit in there, pineapple, mango, a lot of roasted notes, coming from quite a generous amount of new oak. I would say, it is a quite exotic, tropical and roasted. The palate is also rather full-bodied. Quite powerful. Still with a clear presence of oak on the palate. Layers of tropical fruit. It feels quite like a quite warm and ripe style. I would say with a moderate acidity. Yet the wine is bone dry. So it keeps together. It is showing a fairly long finish, with some roasted and spicy flavours.
