Pale straw colour with a copper hue and vivid young bubbles. Rather discreet and youthful nose showing white plum, citrus, pear and mild gingerbread notes. Medium weight on the palate, a lighter body with youthful creaminess, discreet fruit notes, a rounded acidity and a fairly long finish.
