Medium deep rosé with a garnet hue and young vivid mousse. Pure nose on the youthful side with fresh citrus, lemongrass, sour red berries and some floral notes. Medium weight on the palate, rather classic profile, red currant, citrus and some herbal flavours with a creamy young mousse, a gentle bitterness, balanced dosage and a fresh backbone of acidity leading to a rather long finish.
