Meritxell Palleja – Magran Partida Les Manyetes – 2014

Youthful dark inky colour. Fresh nose of crushed berries, almost like freshly fermented with primary fruit, dark berry aromas, pepper, dry spices and some balsamic notes. The palate is immensely concentrated with dense dark fruit, plenty of tannin and a very long intense finish. Difficult to judge, still young and tight without nuance but with pure dark fruit and good proportions, should develop well, let´s come back to it in a few years time.
