Medium deep golden colour with a rather soft mousse. Mature nose with some candied and roasted notes, sweet fruit, ripe peach, bruised apple and windfall. Rather grippy palate, some mild tannin/bitter presence with sweet fruit flavours, a fresh acidity underneath, some autolytic brioche and butter hints with a rich and long finish.
