Pale straw colour with a green hue and vivid mousseux. The nose exhibits some new oak, vanilla and white fleshed fruit with some floral hints. Bone dry palate with crisp acidity, still feeling rather youthful with tart apple, pear and citrus notes, on the lighter side but flavour intense and fairly long in a more austere Extra Brut grower style.
