Light golden colour with a fine creamy mousse. Pure and intense nose offering ripe citrus, fresh yellow fruit, floral notes and chalky, mineral hints as well. Bright, pure and precise palate with fine layers, lovely purity of fruit, chalky and flinty with a mild creaminess, fine nuttiness and a long intense finish. Lovely stuff.
