France,
Provence,
Rosé wine with a quite pale colour here, just a slight hint of onion skin. Fresh nose, quite fruit-forward, showing grapefruit, pear, quince, with a slight hint of red berry fruit. The palate is on the lighter side, bone-dry with a quite rounded acidity here, mellow acidity. A slight bite from the tannic presence we have in rosé gives a good bite and some zesty notes. I would say it’s a generous wine, well-rounded, good accessibility. A style to enjoy in its fair youth; it starts out light but it has a certain finish and persistence. Well-made for this style.
