Light golden colour with a fine mousse. Aromatic with herbal notes, gooseberry, lime and elderflower. Light palate with a middle creaminess, bright acidity, youthful fruit, zesty lemon and lime notes with a medium to long finish. Different style but pleasant and refreshing.
