Mirabella – Brut Rosé – NV

Rather pale colour with an onion skin hue and mild mousse. Sweet and perfumed nose with floral hints, red berries and some autolytic, brioche/butter notes. Good grip on the palate, pure and fresh with a mild creaminess, elegant red fruit, a mild spiciness and a long lingering finish.
