Mirabella – Demetra – 2009

Bright light golden colour, vibrant mousse, mid size bubbles. Rather ripe and exotic nose, crushed apple, yellow fruit, citrus and floral hints. The palate is full bodied with a slight hint of tannin/bitterness, fresh citrus and crushed apple, generous, with a medium-long finish.
