Mirabella – Extra Brut – 2011

Bright straw colour with a light golden hue. Pure nose with some chalky notes, ripe citrus and yellow fruit with toasted brioche and crushed nuts. The palate has a very nice bite with ripe fruit, yet a crisp and zesty bite, mild creaminess and a long vigorous finish. Nice level of drinkability.
