Molinetto – Gavi – 2016

Young bright straw colour. Pure and perfumed nose with herbal notes like chamomile, crushed pear and citrus. The palate has medium weight, good bite with balanced bitter notes, aromatic herbs and pale young fruit, quite long and grippy finish with peppery and spicy notes.
