France,
Beaujolais,
Very youthful appearance here, really blue-purple with a moderate colour intensity or density. Very pure nose, very fruity and intense. It is very much in the direction of carbonic maceration with blackberry, raspberry. Generous fruit. Really coming, almost like freshly pressed or freshly fermented grapes off the press. Generous palate. Classically dry but almost indicating sweetness. Very mellow tannin. Moderate acidity I would say. Really lush and rounded, with generous fruitiness. A pleasurable wine, certainly a style to drink pretty young, I would say.
