Fairly deep pink colour with an orange hue. Some lees derived notes of butter, brioche, aromatic herbs and red berries. Rather ample palate, crushed cherry and plum flavours, mild tannin, a rounded acidity and a rather long finish. A more meaty and clairet style rosé, balanced but different than a rosé de Provence style.
