Deep pink colour with a light orange hue and a mild creaminess. Youthful nose offering red currant, cherry, citrus and a herbal spiciness. Rather full palate, fresh acidity, youthful mousseux with sour cherry, citrus zest, a gentle bitterness and a fairly long finish.
