Bright light golden colour with a fine mild mousseux. Layered nose some mineral/chalk/oyster shell, a fine toastiness, barely ripe stone fruit and fresh butter. Good grip and density, rather ripe fruit, classic dosage level with a mild acidity and creaminess, yet balanced with buttery fruit, some autolys and a rather long creamy finish.
