Light to medium golden colour with a young vivid mousse. Creamy pastry notes with fresher citrus, lemongrass and darker raspberry and plum notes. A rather full bodied palate, gently creamy with generous young fruit, good level of ripeness but with a fresh acidity underneath, balanced dosage and a long creamy finish.
