Pale straw colour with a copper hue with a youthful mousse. discreet and youthful nose offering crushed pear, apple, citrus and some darker pinot notes of plum and red berries. Medium bodied with a rounded acidity, classic dosage level and rather mild creaminess, a gentle bitterness underneath and generous young fruit leading to a rather long finish.
