Bright straw colour with fine young bubbles. Youthful nose, pure with white fleshed fruit, citrus, fresh almond and some floral hints. Fresh medium bodied texture with a youthful mousseux, pure and crisp fruit, an approaching autolytic complexity and a rather long finish.
