Bright straw colour with finely distributed bubbles. Pure and floral nose, vinous with some yeast/autolys notes, fresh stone fruit, citrus and almonds. Really good bite and freshness with low dosage level, bright fruit, a nutty sensation, rounded creaminess and texture, yet with plenty of freshness and a long juicy finish.
