Bright straw colour with a light golden hue and fine mousse. Nutty and mature nose, autolytic notes of brioche, butter and pastry with fresh pineapple and yellow fruit. The palate has a nice bite with good extract, a well-integrated creaminess, fresh yellow fruit and citrus notes with toasted brioche and nuts on the finish. Good harmony, complexity and drinkability.
