Bright light golden colour with vivid young bubbles. Generous nose displaying crushed nuts, almond, green apple and pear with some buttery/autolytic notes. Good grip on the palate, fresh and zesty with ripe fruit, rounded and creamy texture with classic dosage level, fresh pear and almond flavours, a layer of complexity and a rather long persistency.
