Montenisa – Donna Cora Saten – 2011

Rather pale straw colour with a green hue and fine bubbles. The aromas appear youthful with notes of green apple fresh herbs, camomile, lime and verbena. The palate is on the lighter side, fresh with a pronounced acidity and mild mousse, some herbal notes with green pepper and a medium finish.
