Bright straw colour with a golden hue and fine mature bubbles. Pure nose with some development, crushed nuts, dried apple, nougat, ginger and chamomile with some autolytic notes. Bone dry close to Extra Brut with a bright fresh backbone, fine layers with pure fruit flavours, a mild creaminess and a long lingering finish. Fine harmony and drinkability.
