MontGras – Amaral Sauvignon Blanc – 2016

Bright, pale and transparent colour. Fresh nose with some grassy and floral notes, lime citrus and white fleshed fruit. Nicely austere palate with a vibrant acidity, dry and salivating with youthful fresh fruit like crushed apple, red currant and herbal spices. The finish is persistent and grippy with citrus zest, and a balanced bitterness.
