Light golden colour. Rather exotic nose offering peach, apricot with floral and spicy notes, a slight hint of oak underneath. Ample palate, some creamy butterscotch notes, bold yellow fruit but a fresh acidity that gives a lift, a fine bitterness, citrus zest and a long finish.
