Italy,
Trentino,
Still a quite youthful appearance with medium towards deep straw colour. Quite vivid mousse with rather young bubbles. The nose is fine. It is showing a quite generous fruitiness on one side, with more Chardonnay driven fruit. Like ripe citrus, some stone fruit, some nuttiness. Then there are some hints from the ageing as well. Some of the lees, the autolytic notes. Slight hint of red, toast and fresh butter. So a hint of complexity there. Good grip on the palate. I would say medium-bodied with fine extract. Boarding on bone-dry or extra brut in terms of style. Quite high acidity as well so it is really a pure and mouth-watering sensation. I think the bubbles feel quite integrated on the palate. Fine creaminess. Quite elegant fruit with some of that ripe citrus, roasted nuts and a quite long aftertaste.
