Australia,
Margaret River,
White wine with a slightly light, golden nuance, still with a green hue displaying a certain youth. Quite generous on the nose there; with some hints of bright lemon, lime and yellow stone fruit. A slight hint of vanilla, indicating oak and a touch of fresh butter. Good gripe on the palate. It appears quite ripe, at the same time it has a nice backbone of acidity there, with a quite lush texture. I think the oak has done a good job there. You have some of those vanilla notes, slightly creamy texture. Rather bright freshness, gives a lift to those yellow fruity notes, the ripe citrus. Classically dry, but yet with this anxious, rounded texture with a long aftertaste. Well balanced and excellent drinkability already today.
