France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
Rosé wine, with no hints of CO2, quite light colour, copper tinged. The nose has a good purity, it’s fairly intense, showing off some red berry notes, with some herbal notes, some fresh herbs, red currant and citrus. It has a good grip on the palate, it’s a medium-bodied style of rosé more than on the lighter side. Bone dry. Youthful with a nice restrained fruit, like fresh red currants, lemon zest, some of those herbal notes coming back. Clean, with a zesty finish. Very friendly.
