Bright straw colour with a green hue and vivid fine bubbles. Pure nose showing some chalky notes, lemongrass, fresh hazelnut, ripe citrus and white fleshed fruit. Good bite on the palate, a sleek texture with nutty young fruit, mellow creaminess, slight sweetness and rounded acidity leading to a medium to long finish.
