Pale straw colour with a green hue, so quite youthful. Pure nose. Very fresh, I would say, very green with a lot of herbal notes, lime. Youthful fruit such as green apple. Good bite on the palate, so a really zesty and crisp style with a rather light weight but good flavour intensity. Good notion of minerality. Long, lingering, very crisp finish.
