Nathalie Falmet – Le Val Cornet – NV

Light golden colour with persistent bubbles, the nose is rather creamy and mature with hints of yeast, fresh bread, walnuts and windfall, more hints of pinot noir with some red fruit and an oxidative hint, full and structured on the palate, ripe, mature and warm with a well integrated mousse, good freshness, layers of ripe autumn fruit and a nutty finish, very vinous and rich pinot style far from aperitif style!
