Inky dark purple core and hue. Rich and intense nose showing modern dark fruit, new oak and toast with some smoke and roasted coffee. Dense and vigorous palate, ripe fruit underlined by a fresh acidity, still a youthful texture but no hard edges, inky dark berry flavours with mild spice leading to a long finish. Still needing some time to fully open.
