Neethlingshof – Caracal – 2011

Dark inky color, some roasted meaty and smoky aromas with dark fruit, a robust structure with a hint of bitterness, roasted coffee and dark fruit, quite Pinotage-like with a good length a bit restrained and dry finish, needs some more time.
