Nicolas Feuillatte – Blanc de Noirs – 2004

Medium deep, straw colour; the nose is exotic with tropical ,fruit notes, a hint of mint, wet stones and ripe citrus; good bite and freshness on the palate, medium to full structure, attractively creamy with a steely backbone, good length, yet rather young and unresolved.
