Niepoort – Charme – 2014

Medium deep ruby red colour with some evolution. Pure nose with some oaky notes of vanilla and butter paired with sweet red fruit, clove and ginger notes. Good weight but a very supple and rounded texture, well integrated oak on the palate, juicy raspberry and cherry notes with a mild spiciness, fresh backbone and very long grippy finish. Elegant and supple.
