Dense ruby red core with a tawny hue. Quite mature nose, intense with some balsamic notes, walnut, leather and dried fruit. Medium weight on the palate, still with a slight tannic bite, dried fruit flavours a sweet spiciness and a rather long but still tight finish with an approaching complexity.
