Bright light golden colour with a light fizz. Youthful, fresh and generous nose offering chamomile, fresh herbs, green apple and citrus notes. A medium bodied palate with good grip and extract, an herbal spiciness with lime and lemon notes, crushed apple and pear flavours with a medium to long aftertaste.
