France,
Rhone Valley,
Medium deep ruby, with a slight hint of youth, purple notes. Fresh nose, quite dried fruit; Southern style, with dark plum, mild spices, and some notes of jammed berries. Generous palate, medium-bodied profile, quite lush and opulent, rather mild tannins already fairly integrated there, some peppery notes, some hints of orange zest and red berry jam, plum. Warm and generous style, well-integrated alcohol, no evident oak, and a juicy, medium-long finish. Generous style for early drinking, I would like to enjoy this juicy fruit fairly young.
