P Callot & Fils – Vignes Anciennes – 2007

Light golden colour and very persistent bubbles, sweet tropical fruit on the nose : pineapple, peach and apricot. The palate has medium weight and a good freshness, rather candied fruit, pineapple caramel, a young mousse and medium to long finish.
