Pago Casa del Blanco – Quixote – 2007

Dense, ruby core but some development on the rim the nose is rather complex and offers tobacco, cedar wood, fine spices and sweet plumy fruit the palate is still youthful and dense with sweet fruit, a plumy character and rather long finish.
