Inky dark purple core and hue. Pure aromas of ripe dark fruit, plum, cherry, liquorice, pepper and some new oak. The palate is still youthful, dense and vigorous with layers of dark fruit, cocoa and liquorice flavours with a long dense finish. Good material but still needing time to open.
