Palacios Vinoteca Bodegas Nivarius – Edición Especial – 2014

Bright straw colour with a green hue. Quite vegetal nose, green herbs with citrus, lime and fennel. The palate is very young with medium weight and dense extract some skin/phenolic compounds, a very high acidity, and dense aftertaste. Rather different style and expression. A structured wine with good agreability it seems, but it should still get some time to soften.
