Deliberately hazy/unfiltered color but beautiful purity and crystallinity on the nose, where sea salt, almonds, citrus, pale stone fruit, and some creamy lees notes add up to a nice complexity. Bone dry palate with mild extract, not a high acidity per se, but still a good notion of freshness with very good persistency and salty/chalky character on the aftertaste.
