Paradisone – 2013

Medium deep ruby red colour with a tawny rim. Mature nose showing dried fruit, dried tomato, cherry, cedar wood and tobacco with some oak notes. Youthful palate, still with a firm tannic grip, high acidity and restrained fruit, it has structure and length but needs time to soften and for the fruit to emerge.
