Paradisone – 2015

Medium deep ruby colour with a rusty rim. Mature nose with dried fruit, a herbal spiciness, some oak and tobacco notes. Rather backward palate with young and firm tannin, high acidity and restrained fruit, good length but still youthful needing to soften and gain harmony.
